Not only did they kindly collected us from and to the airport and drive us to visit our apartments at Pearl Lodge - they also showed us the surrounding area pointing out places of interest which gave us a really clear view of the country we have invested in!

I contacted Amanda through a recomendation from one of her other clients and reserved my appartment in Pearl Lodge within about 15 minutes of speaking to her. Before I picked up the phone I hadn't heard of Pearl Lodge in which I purchased the appartment.

Why Pearl Property? I had spoken to other agents who I thought would have sold me anything just for the commission, yet when speaking to Amanda it was clear she had your interest at heart and runs her business extremely ethically; the advice I was given in my decision making process was spot on.

Since signing on the dotted line over a year ago I have been amazed by how well I have been kept informed. Last week I visited Pamporovo and my appartment for the first time and was totally impressed.

When we was there the hospitality and commitment shown to us by Amanda & Doug was second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I was that impressed I am seriously considering re-investing as the area seems to be booming.

I was often asked by friends did it not worry you investing in a property not yet built so far away in a place you have never been to? The honest answer was no which is reflection on Amanda and her team. I wish I could say the same about UK investments!

Arriving late with a friend in Sofia after midnight, Amanda was on hand to greet us at the airport, drive us into Sofia and sort out somewhere to stay for us. In addition, she have us lots of useful tips that enabled us to survive a day in the capital.

Over the weekend, I went to see my apartment in Pearl Lodge in Pamporovo, where I have invested in a one bed apartment. Doug, Amanda's partner, the project manager for the apartment, Doug showed us around the apartment that is completing this year. I found Doug to be extremely friendly, happy to answer any questions and more importantly, this was a guy who has worked on some massive projects all over the world - a real winner.

We were taken back to Sofia by Amanda and Doug, treated to dinner, and again sorted out with accommodation on our last night.

I can't really fault the service Amanda provided. She is extremely warm and friendly person, totally genuine, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I have invested in a studio apartment in the 'Elite' development in Pamporovo.

Last week I travelled out to Bulgaria to view the development and meet Amanda and her team.

The development isn't due for completion until end of Dec 2007 and I initially wasn't going to go out until it had been built.

However, the trip was certainly worth while.

I was able to view the work in progress, and receive an update from Amanda with regard to the admin/legalities and the actual structure of the property. All my questions were answered and a few concerns totally alleviated.

The property is coming along well and hopefully should be completed on time It is in a great location, just a short 2 mins walk from the main ski lift.

During my time there I opened a Bulgarian bank account for money payments/transfers (which can then be done online). I also liaised with a Bulgarian solicitor (recommended by Amanda) to act as 'power of atorney'. This means I don't need to be present when the deeds are signed over to me and is also around 3 times cheaper than using a British solicitor!

I highly recommend anyone who has or is going to purchase a property to take a trip out. It really was money well spent and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Amanda truly provides a service over and above anything you would expect such a company to deliver.

Not only do I feel I have made a sound financial investment, but also gained 2 new friends in the process.

They stood out at the show by being one of the few companies who were not rushing to get you signed up - in fact they insisted we thought about our potential investment for a day or so to make sure we were happy. We have recently been over to see Pearl Lodge in it's construction phase and the team made us feel very welcome. We were taken to see the area, had a detailed tour of the site and were able to see the build in progress. We were also able to discuss topics such as furniture, potential rental and the resale process.

Amanda and her team provide a very professional yet personal service. The team have complementing specialisms so that questions covering the legal process, commercial opportunities and build quality are covered comprehensively. We asked for and were given impartial advice in areas such as money transfer.

No question has been too much trouble.

We are really pleased to be investing with Pearl Property and as they say "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" - we have already seen our investment rise by 35%.

This is our first investment abroad, and like most people, expected a certain amount of difficulty with regards to availability of information, build updates, help with furnishings, accommodation on pre-completion inspections, rentals advise, advertising advise, management help etc, etc. The list of things is endless, but Pearl Property have dealt with every detail professionally, promptly and personally, ie a phone call from Amanda, Ivor or Carmen, and have made the whole process an absolute doddle! We fully appreciate that this wouldn't be possible without an awful lot of hard work and commitment from Amanda and the Pearl team and we could not recommend them highly enough! The whole team have given support whenever needed and have provided updates at appropriate times. They were available to answer any questions even up to 10.00 at night. Bulgaria appeared so much closer.

Now that I have been to Bulgaria Amanda and her team were the perfect hosts. They guided us round the area and I now have an idea of the contribution my place will make to the Pamporovo skiing season.

I'm now in the process of purchasing my second property of amanda (pearl property) and can honestly say that she has acceded every expectation. I have found her to be extremely helpful in every way lets face it there are not many agents you can call up to ten o'clock at night, but like i said she's always there to listen and lay at rest any concerns that you may have, and lets not forget the rest of the winning team Karmen and Jamin both who I have got to know and found helpful also. Well not much more I can say apart from a BIG FAT THANK YOU and keep up the good work.

Amanda has taken us through the whole buying process and kept us informed every step of the way, we are delighted with the service provided and we will both be visiting Pamparova in October to inspect the property.

Amanda has offered to meet with us and show us the area because she has the local knowledge, her commitment to us has been proven and we look forward to conducting future business with her.

My concerns were very quickly laid to rest, as Amanda and her team are just so thorough and professional. They are also a delight to work with, as all of these comments bare out.

I invested in a Ski resort which is due for completion by Dec 2007. I have been kept up to date with the development and any concerns I have are immediately addressed and dealt with.

Although I can't compare Pearl Property with another overseas property company, I do know how businesses operate and this is an example of a first class company with excellent support.

Luckily for us, I was introduced to Amanda from Pearl Properties and from the very first telephone conversation I was confident that I had found both the expertise and friendly 'plain talking' contact I has been searching for. Both Amanda & Carmen have been fantastic in not only advising us of where to invest but have guided us, step by step through the entire buying process - fantastic!

We very quickly arranged an inspection trip and everything we were told about the region was right there in front of us. Pamporovo is a fantastic 24/7 365 days a year gem and offered us the all year round investment we were looking for.

Our apartment is due for completion in Dec 2007 and I can't wait to see the finished article. All of the early nerves have now gone thanks to Amanda's patience and ability to make the whole process as smooth as possible and I would have no hesitation in recommending Pearl properties to anyone looking to invest in Bulgaria in the future.

I think I have made the right decision in buying an apartment in the Panorama complex, Stoikite (Pamporovo) but I know I have made the right decision buying through Pearl Property.

Then Ilia took us on a fantastic journey around Bulgaria and gave us a History lesson as well,we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the country and the friendliness of the people. We have now bought three properties through Pearl Property and can only say that they have gone from being agents selling properties to Friends that we respect very deeply. Our properties are in the Pazardjick and Samakov areas but are now looking at other areas including their developement near Varna.
