The complex has private power supply, transformer, infrastructure including sewerage and water supply. The plumbing is made of polypropylene pipes and sewerage of PVC pipes. There is a system for satellite television and telephone system with possible INTERNET communication. Air-conditioning installation in all apartments.

All the internal finishes are completed as follows:

1. Bath floor - terracotta.
2. Rooms floors: terracotta; laminate parquet;
3. Baths - faience.
4. Walls of rooms - latex.
