The windows in the residential section are mahogany-coloured and glass-fitted (24 mm), with two white glass-panes. Entrance doors for the apartments are armoured and heat-proof, while interior doors have HPL coating for maximum security. In the common spaces the woodwork is black, glass-fitted (22 mm), from floating K-glass. K-glass is low-emission high-quality floating glass with special enduring transparent coating which allows solar energy to enter the building but, thanks to the high reflection factor in the infra-red range, it acts as a barrier for the exit of solar energy, reflecting it back into the room. In this way, heat loss is kept to a minimum.
The building is connected to the city heating system. Each apartment has aluminium radiators connected via a common collector with polyetilene piping with aluminium coating, planted in the floor. Chimneys and vents are built in.
The water installation is made of polypropylene piping with exits for warm and cold water. The drainage system is made of PVC pipes measuring 50 mm and 110 mm in diameter and meets all norms and technical requirements.
Wiring is completed. The low-voltage installation wiring is fully integrated - telephone, cable television, doorbell and buzzer.
