The Sokol complex is located in the centre of Pamporovo next to the brand new 5 star Orlovets Hotel and in close proximity to the Peerelik, Murgavets and Snezhenka hotels.

The first station of the new central ski-lift is approximately 100 meters from the complex.

The Sokol complex is 8 floors high and consists of a total of 62 apartment units of varying size.

The public areas include a lobby with reception area and spa and fitness centre. The reception service will run 24 hours a day and there will be a local management company to deal with for short-term letting and maintenance.
