We can carry out all your building requirements from complete renovations, to the smaller building jobs. We use where possible the latest building materials, we can also renovate in line with traditional building methods. We have a British project manager for your convenience, all of our work is carried out on a contract that clearly states what work is to be carried out and at what price. Stage payments are used for you protection, we require a deposit before work commences the amount depends on the value of the work to be completed. We can also give an engineers report on your property prior to purchase this can save problems at a later date. Another service we offer is to inspect work carried out by other builders, and give a written report before you make a payment.
